Orders ship from USA-based fulfillment with tracking and handling documentation where applicable.
Fulfillment location
Orders are fulfilled from the USA and are not direct-from-overseas drop shipments. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing
In-stock research materials are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after order review.
Shipping options
USPS Ground is included with listed pricing. Priority, UPS 2 Day, and overnight upgrades may be available at checkout depending on destination and carrier availability.
Temperature-sensitive handling
Where cold handling is required, packaging may include insulated materials and cold packs. Delivery delays outside our control can affect transit conditions.
Restricted destinations
We may decline or cancel shipments where legal, carrier, processor, or internal compliance review creates a restriction.
