Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 19, 2026 — Version 1.5.0 · Effective: June 19, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern website access, accounts, orders, research-use certification, payment, shipping, returns, documentation, support, and incorporated site policies.
1. Membership and eligibility
Mythix operates as a research-use supplier for qualified purchasers. By accessing the catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and purchasing solely for lawful in vitro laboratory research. Mythix may request age, identity, business, laboratory, institutional, or research-affiliation verification and may deny, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility, jurisdiction, payment, fraud, diversion, or prohibited-use concerns arise.
2. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, eligibility review, compliance screening, payment verification, and stock availability. Catalog listings and posted prices are invitations to order, not binding offers. Your order becomes accepted only after Mythix confirms it, ships it, or otherwise affirmatively accepts it. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and payment information, and Mythix may refuse or cancel any order for payment failure, suspected fraud, restricted destination, suspected policy circumvention, or other compliance concerns.
3. Shipping
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when Mythix delivers the package to the carrier. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for accurate shipping information. Mythix currently ships to U.S. addresses only and may refuse PO boxes, mail drops, freight forwarders, reshippers, export agents, or other addresses that create elevated compliance, fraud, diversion, or delivery risk. State-level restrictions, carrier limits, and internal risk controls may make some products unavailable in certain destinations. The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Returns, refunds, and store credit
All sales are final. Mythix does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment for change of mind, ordering errors, delivery delays outside Mythix control, payment mistakes, or a purchaser becoming ineligible to receive an order. Approved claims involving verified shipping damage, fulfillment errors, missing or incorrect items, documentation mismatch, or other reviewed issues may be handled through replacement, store credit, refund, or another corrective action at Mythix discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise. Timely written notice, photos, order information, lot details, packaging evidence, and any reasonably requested documentation may be required.
5. Research Use Only
FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL USE. Mythix supplies research chemicals intended exclusively for lawful in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals in controlled research settings. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, wellness use, performance-enhancement use, educational demonstrations involving human or animal subjects, or any in vivo administration to humans or animals, including ingestion, inhalation, injection, infusion, implantation, or topical application.
6. Research-use certifications
By using this site or purchasing from Mythix, you certify that you will use all products solely for lawful in vitro research; will not administer or permit administration to any human or animal; will not purchase for resale into non-research, therapeutic, cosmetic, wellness, bodybuilding, or personal-use channels; and will handle, store, transport, use, and dispose of all materials according to applicable law, accepted laboratory safety standards, and any relevant institutional protocols. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your lawful research workflow.
7. No medical claims or usage guidance
Mythix products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, dietary supplements, or consumer products and have not been evaluated, reviewed, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or suitability for human or animal use. Site content, product descriptions, testing records, COAs, marketing materials, and support communications are not medical advice and do not recommend, imply, or authorize use to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease, or to affect the structure or function of the body. Mythix does not provide dosage, route, cycle, administration, therapeutic, veterinary, bodybuilding, or personal-use guidance.
8. Testing data and no warranty
Mythix publishes testing data, certificates of analysis, and related documentation for informational and research-documentation purposes. Although Mythix invests in supplier review, lot documentation, and independent testing where applicable, the buyer remains responsible for independently evaluating suitability for a specific lawful research purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and site content are provided without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use outside lawful laboratory research.
9. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify Mythix immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. Mythix may suspend or terminate accounts connected to suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, security risk, restricted shipping, or prohibited conduct.
10. Acceptable use
Use of the Mythix website, catalog, checkout, products, documentation, and support channels is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and all incorporated site policies. Violations may result in refused orders, cancelled orders, account suspension, account termination, and, where appropriate, referral to carriers, processors, regulators, or law enforcement.
11. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, graphics, logos, product presentation, text, testing reports, certificates of analysis, and related materials are owned by Mythix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from Mythix content without prior written consent. Listing a material on the site does not grant a patent license or represent that your intended use is free of third-party rights.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mythix, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your access to the site, order activity, use, misuse, handling, storage, transport, disposal, resale, or attempted resale of any product; your violation of these Terms or any incorporated Policy; your violation of law; or your violation of another party’s rights.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from site access, product purchase, product possession, use, misuse, inability to use a product, delivery issues, payment processing, or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythix total aggregate liability related to these Terms or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Mythix in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Force majeure
Mythix is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier disruption, supplier disruption, government or regulatory action, payment-processor outages, network failures, platform outages, or other events outside Mythix reasonable control.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another law is required to apply. Any dispute arising out of these Terms, incorporated Policies, site access, or a purchase from Mythix will be handled through individual proceedings only to the fullest extent permitted by law. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. Either party may seek individual injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual-property or confidential rights, and either party may bring an individual small-claims action where jurisdictional requirements are met.
16. Changes to these Terms
Mythix may update these Terms and incorporated Policies from time to time. The posted last-updated date and version identify the current revision. Material changes may require existing account holders to review or re-accept the updated Terms before continued account access or ordering. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted or accepted means you agree to the revised Terms.
